Pavilion Rules and Amenities

The Oyster Pavilion is a shared community resource that can be reserved for personal resident events.

Sponsoring non-neighborhood events for external organizations or groups is not allowed (e.g., business, church, clubs, teams, etc). For private reservations, the Pavilion will be available at a rate of $25 per hour. A signed reservation agreement must also be submitted. Payment and a signed agreement must be received at least one (1) week in advance of the event, or the reservation will be terminated. 

You are responsible for your guests.

TABLES & CHAIRS:

Along with the standard outdoor furniture at the pavillion, folding tables and chairs are available for use in the front-right storage area with the same access code used for the bathrooms. Please use these community owned items with care and return them to the storage area clean and neatly stacked. For each reservation, an agreement must be signed accepting financial responsibility for any costs incurred to correct any new damage. There will be a pre-event inspection and post-event inspection. Any repair or cleaning costs will be billed through your HOA portal account.  *NEW 2025 - PUB TABLES WITH COVERS

FIREWOOD:

All firewood located at the Pavilion is for Community sponsored events only. It is not for personal use or private parties. Homeowners must purchase firewood for personal use and private parties. Any firewood left at the Pavilion will be combined with the Community firewood and become property of the Community. If you wish to keep any of your remaining firewood, please remove it from the Pavilion area and store it at your residence for future use.

SPACE HEATERS:

NEW in 2025 - We have added 2 new space heaters available to use for those cold days when a fire is just not enough.  While the heaters are available to use, you must rent the propane tanks through The Overlook.  Rental rates are $25.00 per propane tank.

  • ​Reservations may not be requested more than 2 months in advance.
  • Received requests may not be posted yet, so your request is not guaranteed until confirmed by the administrator.
  • Recurring events will only be posted if requested during non-peak times and open to the neighborhood.
  • Peak times are considered Monday through Friday after 5pm, and all day Saturday and Sunday.

  1. View the Calendar below to make sure the date is open. (first come first serve on requests)
  2. Compete the Pavilion Request Form >>
  3. Review the form and then click on the orange Submit button at the bottom of the form
  4. If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please use the website Contact Form.
